Work is progressing well on site in Southsea. The groundworks and ground floor blockwork is complete with the first floor cast in situ concrete slab now poured. The Ground floor steelwork is finished, fabricated beautifully by Blue Cube Fabrications Ltd - the first floor steel will be arriving in the next few weeks.
The facing Petersen Kolumba (http://en.petersen-gruppen.dk) brickwork will be erected during September. These bricks were developed with Peter Zumthor for the Kolumba Museum in Cologne and are produced in a longer slimmer format than the traditional brick sizes seen commonly in the UK.
