		May 2013 PAD studio has just been awarded Planning Permission after Appeal for a new contemporary brick house in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Also this week we have been granted Planning Permission for a contemporary extension & alteration of a property in Brockenhurst, New Forest The team at PAD studio are currently working on a Feasibility Study & Pre-App Planning submission for a PPS7 House in Durley The studio team are also starting a Feasibility Study for a new contemporary home on a beautiful site within the New Forest. PAD studio have been short-listed for Stage 1 of a Lottery Funded Museum Extension. Cafe Nero extension and refurbishment to the grade II listed Cardinal House on Lymington High Street is currently on site.
